Is there an age limit for children?

No! Bring them all – newborns, tots under 5, older kids off from school, we love them all.

How do I buy tickets?

You can buy online or tickets are available for cash on the door from 10:00am onwards.

Can my child's school/nursery come?

Absolutely. The Arc Nursery made an appearance at our concert in Borough. Tickets cost £5 per child, and is free for accompanying nursery staff.  If your child's nursery is interested in attending the concert as a group, please ask them to email us in advance.

Can you crank up the volume?

Yes!

At our venues, have a mic system so you will be able to hear us speak. However, we won’t be using the system when performing though in order to retain the acoustic authenticity of our performances.  While the children can cry and dance and sing as much as they like,  it would be really helpful if parents could keep the chit-chat to a minimum so everyone can enjoy the quiet intimate moments of the music.

For the best sound, and the best seats in the house, bring cushions and come join us up front!

Can I bring my pram?

Yes.  Generally the churches have step-free access, or at worst a couple of steps.  At all the venues there are areas where you can leave your prams and there will be a steward to direct you.  Unless your child is asleep it is generally best if you don't bring your pram into the main body of the church - too many prams block the aisles and breach fire regulations.

Of course slings are welcome everywhere!

Once my mind is infused with high-art, can you play a few of my kid’s favourite nursery songs?

We’d be delighted. We will take requests for a sing-along around the piano. And thanks to an enthusiastic audience member, I now know "The Teddybear's Picnic," so we can do that one too! We are so happy that members of our toddler audience are now gathering enough courage to make the requests themselves--perhaps some gentle preparation or encouragement from the parents beforehand will help make it a really special moment for them.

We love your concert series. Is there any chance you could come to our neighbourhood?

Yes! Please get in touch by email, and we'll go from there!

What are the QR codes on your concerts pages?

QR codes are a cunning way of getting info onto your smartphone easily and quickly.  You need to download a barcode reading app (there are lots of different ones for iPhones and Androids), this will allow you to scan the pattern with your phone camera to get the data.

We use the codes to let you get the googlemap of the venue on to your phone - so while you might forget nappies/wipes/gloves/hat/dummy, you won't forget the directions!

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions.

Warm regards
